The staff were super attentive, always ready to help. The entrance had a lovely vibe that instantly made me feel welcome. However, the food options left much to be desired. Breakfast was decent, but the rest of the meals didn’t match the hotel’s charm. I found the pizza we ordered to be quite bland and disappointing. Overall, the cozy atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay, but I wished for better dining experiences.
